一、磷酸化特異抗體系列
細(xì)胞蛋白的磷酸化與去磷酸化對胞外信號的轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)有著至關(guān)重要的作用,蛋白質(zhì)絲氨酸殘基的磷酸化修飾被serine/threonine激酶介導(dǎo),而酪氨酸殘基是被蛋白酪氨酸激酶所介導(dǎo)。因此蛋白質(zhì)在絲氨酸/蘇氨酸/酪氨酸位點(diǎn)磷酸化狀態(tài)及比率對細(xì)胞功能有著重要影響,相關(guān)酶類的表達(dá)變化也相應(yīng)地影響著細(xì)胞功能。Nano tool 公司在磷酸化特異抗體系列產(chǎn)品中供應(yīng)多款抗磷酸化絲氨酸/蘇氨酸/酪氨酸的單克隆抗體。
