普通脂質(zhì)體產(chǎn)品系列

    普通脂質(zhì)體未包被藥物，表面也未經(jīng)特殊分子處理，可作為人工細(xì)胞膜模型或空白對(duì)照，用于研究細(xì)胞膜蛋白。Encapsula NanoSciences在該系列產(chǎn)品中包括兩種主要的脂質(zhì)體類型：?jiǎn)螌又|(zhì)體及多層脂質(zhì)體。單層脂質(zhì)體為一層單一成分的磷脂，體內(nèi)包含水溶性緩沖液。多層脂質(zhì)體類似于洋蔥模型，即有多個(gè)單層脂質(zhì)體形成的一個(gè)同心圓結(jié)構(gòu)，每層之間可被水溶性緩沖液隔離，另外，多個(gè)同心圓形的脂質(zhì)體還可以共同組成一個(gè)非同心圓的復(fù)雜多層脂質(zhì)體，外包一個(gè)單層磷脂分子層，已實(shí)現(xiàn)更多特定功能。

    包被磁性材料的脂質(zhì)體可用于醫(yī)療檢驗(yàn)和治療。如包被磁性材料的脂質(zhì)體可在磁力作用下輸送至體內(nèi)需要的部位（如腫瘤），局部釋放其內(nèi)含的活性藥物成分，而包被可吸收X射線材料的脂質(zhì)體可用于腫瘤化療，在磁共振等影像檢驗(yàn)時(shí)可增加成像質(zhì)量。目前Encapsula NanoSciences提供的磁性材料包被脂質(zhì)體產(chǎn)品系列主要包括：金屬膜脂質(zhì)體Me-DTPA-DMPE /Me -DTPA（襯于脂質(zhì)體內(nèi)外）、金屬核心脂質(zhì)體（MexOy/DTPA-Gd, -Fe, cis-Pt）、金屬外殼脂質(zhì)體（Fe-chelate, or Gd-chelate (DTPA-lipid)）

包被藥物的脂質(zhì)體產(chǎn)品系列

該系列產(chǎn)品為包被特定藥物的脂質(zhì)體，Encapsula NanoSciences豐富的產(chǎn)品線含有上千種藥物包被的脂質(zhì)體，包括：

（1）氯磷酸二鈉（DMDP）包被的脂質(zhì)體：用于治療血鈣增多、惡性腫瘤骨轉(zhuǎn)移（可減少疼痛、減輕骨折風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、阻止進(jìn)一步腫瘤骨轉(zhuǎn)移）、清除動(dòng)物模型體內(nèi)特定組織或器官的巨噬細(xì)胞。

   （2）包被抗生素的脂質(zhì)體：可增強(qiáng)抗生素的活性，增強(qiáng)體液中儲(chǔ)存周期，減少副作用。目前Encapsula NanoSciences可提供上百種抗生素包被的脂質(zhì)體，如

阿霉素，丁胺卡那霉素，兩性霉素B，氨芐西林，阿奇霉素，桿菌肽，青霉素，博萊霉素，卷曲霉素，羧芐青霉素，頭孢他定，頭孢三嗪，頭孢氨芐，氯霉素，環(huán)丙沙星，克拉霉素，克林霉素，氯法齊明，環(huán)絲氨酸，紅霉素，地貝卡星，阿霉素，多西環(huán)素，恩諾沙星，紅霉素，乙胺丁醇，ethionamide藥物，慶大霉素，異煙肼，卡那霉素，美羅培南，新霉素，奈替米星，苯唑西林，巴龍霉素，青霉素G，哌拉西林，多粘菌素B，利福布汀，利福平，西索米星，司帕沙星，鏈霉素，替考拉寧，妥布霉素，萬(wàn)古霉素和紫霉素等。

（3）抗腫瘤藥物包被的脂質(zhì)體：Encapsula NanoSciences可提供上百種抗腫瘤活性的藥物包被的脂質(zhì)體。

（6）包被ATP的脂質(zhì)體：作為細(xì)胞zui重要的能量形式，ATP在心肌梗死和腦梗死中起著至關(guān)重要的作用，在缺血短時(shí)間內(nèi)組織內(nèi)ATP即急劇下降，導(dǎo)致細(xì)胞死亡。為缺血區(qū)域細(xì)胞提供額外的ATP有著重要的醫(yī)療價(jià)值，然而游離ATP難以穿越細(xì)胞膜，而且在血液中迅速降解，因此難以直接應(yīng)用于臨床。脂質(zhì)體的包被可增加ATP穩(wěn)定性，并且可通過質(zhì)膜融合的形式進(jìn)入細(xì)胞，是一種潛在的ATP治療缺血方案。

（7）血紅蛋白包被的脂質(zhì)體（人工血液）：人工血液具有重要的正常血液不具備的優(yōu)勢(shì)：無(wú)血型限制，無(wú)細(xì)菌病毒風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、可大量生產(chǎn)。此外還可通過在人工血液脂質(zhì)體上摻入修飾的分子增加人工血液的功能。

（8）維生素包被的脂質(zhì)體：包括Vitamins A/ E / C。

1. Plan your experiments including controls evaluating the effects of “empty” liposomes.

This website contains references to the 1,000+ publications which have utilized liposomal clodronate. The database has these references sorted by dosing method, amount dosed and study system （animal species, cell type, etc.） while the various routes of administration are described in detail and the associated publications briefly reviewed. Additional information on the use of fluorescent liposomes, mannosylated liposomes, and related topics may be found under the Other Info tab. Our comprehensive collection and review of published clodronate liposome work will assist you in designing your macrophage depletion studies as well as determining which Clodrosome products best suit your experimental requirements.

Regardless of your experimental design, you will need to include control groups to evaluate the effect of liposomes without encapsulated clodronate （“empty” liposomes） in your model. The presence of particles, such as liposomes, can alter immune/inflammatory responses both in vivo and in vitro.

We can also provide custom clodronate liposome formulations should you determine that your application calls for a liposomal clodronate formulation not currently listed in our product line.

2. Calculate the total volume required of both liposomal clodronate and control liposomes.

The database will allow you to review the liposomal clodronate doses that others have used for studies in a variety of species and experimental conditions.

Each reagent vial contains 5 ml of a liposome suspension. Clodronate-containing liposome suspensions have a clodronate concentration of 5 mg/ml while the control liposome suspensions （no encapsulated clodronate） have the same lipid concentration as the clodronate liposomes. Therefore each vial of clodronate liposomes contains a total of 25 mg of encapsulated clodronate and the control liposomes should be dosed at the same volume as the clodronate liposomes. The Macrophage Depletion Kits each contain one vial of a clodronate liposome suspension and one vial of a control liposome suspension.

If those who will be working directly with the Clodrosome products are not experienced in handling and dosing liposomes, you may want to order extra reagents and animals. Clodrosome products are slightly viscous, so laboratory personnel may need to familiarize themselves with handling and dosing the products before starting your study. 3. Select your Clodrosome products.

Products may be ordered as individual reagents （i.e. Clodrosome, Encapsome, Fluoroliposome） or as Macrophage Depletion Kits which contain clodronate liposomes and matched control liposomes.
