表位定位實(shí)驗（Wobus等人，2000）確定了四個免疫反應(yīng)（不連續(xù)）區(qū)域。主要反應(yīng)歸因于AAV2衣殼的AA369至aa378序列。該抗體也可用于中和實(shí)驗。
